His Excellency Mr. Oleg Firer is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Grenada to the Russian Federation, concurrently accredited as non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia, and the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ambassador Designate concurrently to the Republic of Bulgaria, Hungary, the Republic of Albania, the Czech Republic, and the Principality of Monaco.

Ambassador Firer is the Dean of the Group of Ambassadors of Latin America and the Caribbean countries (GRULAC) accredited to the Russian Federation.
